Do you have any questions before making a purchase with us?

What is the turnaround time for ready to ship wigs?

All ready to ship wigs are shipped out within 48 hours of purchasing.  Once the item(s) have been shipped you should receive your items within 1-3 business days via USPS (United States Postal Service) please make proper arrangements to receive your items as ALL items shipped require signature upon delivery.

Can I bring my own bundles to have a custom wig created?

No, unfurtunately at the present moment we do NOT accept any outside hair.  All customized wigs must be created with hair provided by our company.

Do you offer hair coloring services?

Yes, absolutely!  If you can imagine it we can create it!  Simply search for a photo of your desired look and we will look over it and start the process of creating a customized look for you?

Where do you source your hair from?

Our hair is sourced from directly from Vietnam and we offer Raw Vietnamese hair as well which you can find under our luxury wigs category.

What is the difference between our virgin hair wigs and your luxury hair wigs?

Great question!  Both our virgin hair as well as our luxury hair are both sourced from Vietnam.  Our virgin hair lasts 2-4 years and our raw luxury hair lasts 3-5 years.  Please keep in mind how long your wig last as well as the hair that is used is based upon proper routine maintenance which WE DO offer!

Do shipments require a signature upon delivery?

Yes!  To ensure that your precious items reach you, we do require a signature upon delivery.

I cannot locate my package or my order.  What should I do?

Unfortunately there are times where you may be unable to track your order and we do understand how frustrating this can be.  If you are unable to locate your order please contact USPS (United States Postal Service) via phone at 1-800-275-8777 be sure to have the tracking number that has been provided to you from us when contacting them as they will need this in order to locate your order.
